    Degree in Computer Engineering to be included in our POA Department
    Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering to be included in our Department of Process Engineering.

    REQUIREMENTS

      Our company is looking for an Electrical Project Engineer.

      REQUIREMENTS

      • Having completed a course of study in engineering and having acquired electrical design skills and competences in the aviation industry. Design and development of each project assigned.
      • Monitoring hardware, software and Human Resources.
      • Drafting of documents demonstrating conformity with aeronautical requirements. Management of any project review and technical validation.
      • ApDOA / POA coordination for series production.
      • Recording of any changes resulting from first production (FAI) filling out the “Modification of Project” (MdP).
      • Recording and provision of the necessary technical documentation for the project development.
      • Ensuring of the correct recording of the data produced.
      • The Electrical Project Engineer reports to HDO (Head of Design Organisation).

      TECHNICAL AND MANAGEMENT SKILLS

      Good knowledge and operation with drawing tools and electrical design. Knowledge of the conditions (DO 160 , DO 178…). At least two-three years’ experience in the aeronautical electrical field.
      Ability to work in a team and management of group activities, aimed at problem solving and the achievement of results. Availability for transfers in Italy and abroad.

      EDUCATION

      The ideal candidate, preferably graduated in Electrical Engineering (Electronic, Electrotechnical..), must have gained at least two-three years’ experience in aeronautical companies.

        TECHNICAL AND MANAGEMENT SKILLS

        Ensuring that program objectives are clearly defined and continually updated
        Ensuring compliance with the targets in terms of time, costs and product quality shared internally but also externally with the customer.
        Coordination of internal communication and management of information ‘from’ and ‘towards’ the customer.
        Meeting the customer’s needs in the agreed time guiding the analysis activities for the resolution and prevention of problems associated with the program.
        Responsibility for the customer’s satisifaction in relation to the solution of any problems that may arise, representing the staff of its management both internally and externally.
        Periodically reporting to the Administration about the status of the programmes under his/her own responsibility ensuring a rapid escalation in relation to the major issues emerged.
        Supporting the management in the definition of the guide lines in relation to the programs, in the planning of activities/resources and in the tracking of costs (budget).

        EDUCATION

        University education, Management Engineering, Economics and Commerce, Company Management or similar (three- year degree/ master’s degree).

        COMPUTER SKILLS

        Detailed knowledge of planning (Ms Project) and coordination tools (coomunication tools, management of time and meetings).
        Knowledge of basic financial instruments for programme management.

        FOREIGN LANGUAGE

        Fluent knowledge of English (written and spoken).

          Our company is looking for a brilliant Project Engineer.

          REQUIREMENTS

          Hardware, software and Human Resources monitoring and coordination for the realization of Design Data of the assigned project. Responsibility for maintaining schedule activities in line with the agreements made with PM and the final customer.
          Drafting of conformity documents, in competition (if necessary) with the CE.
          ApDOA / POA coordination for series production.

          TECHNICAL AND MANAGEMENT SKILLS

          Good knowledge of 3D design systems (ProE PTC-CATIA-AutoCad) and typical features for management of surfaces, solids, and 2D environment for table layouts.
          Good knowledge of the criteria of Design for Production and hence the ability to critically determine specific and standard information to be inserted on the drawings in the correct way (dimensions, surface finishing, tolerances, process specifics, thermal and surface treatments, controlling stakes, tightening torques, etc..).
          Detailed knowledge of typical processes of an engineering company
          Capacity to work in a team and management of group activities, aimed to problem solving and to the achievement of results Having performed a PE activity for at least two-three years will be a preferencial element.
          Availability for transfers in Italy and abroad.

          EDUCATION

          Graduation in Engineering preferably with an Industrial address (Mechanical or similar).

          As an alternative, a high school technical qualification (ITIS or similar). In this case, at least 5 years experience in the design of aircraft seats for companies in the industry, or in mechanical design, are required.

          COMPUTER SKILLS

          Knowledge of design tools (ProE PTC-CATIA-AutoCad)
          Knowledge of modelling software and numerical simulation (FEM) will be a preferencial element
          Knowledge of PDM systems will be a preferencial element
          Knowledge of MS Office applications

          FOREIGN LANGUAGES

          Excellent technical English (knowledge of other foreign language represents a preferencial element).

            Certification Engineers are assigned staff to the Airworthiness Office, they report hierarchically to COA (Chief of Airworthiness) and they are principally involved in the ETSO Certification Process to:

            • Support Project Engineers for the interpretations of applicable legislation
              Calculation / structural analysis
            • Prepare the Test Plan and Report and any other document aimed to prove conformity to applicable legislation in parallel with the ApDOA competence area
            • Monitoring and regular reporting of design activities made with PE to the COA, in view of the legal framework in order to ensure the project certification
            • Preparation / Modification of certification Programme
            • Establish the Compliance Checklist and update it for the design change
              Interfacing with Project Engineers who are responsible of any project in order to conduct all the certification activities and the documents for ETSO certifications in the correct way.
            • Interface with the Laboratory Function for test scheduling/witnessing/executions
            • Preparation of the documentation (Qualification Test Plan and Qualification Test Report of enviroment tests, electromagnetic, electrical, flame endurance, Acceptance Test Procedure and Report, Compliance Matrix, DDP, Sistemy Safety Assessment, Installation Instruction and Limitation) required to complete the qualification process of the company products to satisfy RTCA, CS, OEM
            • Analysis of the applicable requirements and of the Means of Compliance (Test, Analysis, Similarity, Statement..) more suitable to satisfy them Support to the Design Office and the Research and Development Department (R&D) for the choice of components/materials ensuring reliability, mechanical characteristics, flame endurance and/or Engineering Tests results
            • Request of estimates of the qualification tests among external laboratories and their evalutation; organization and validation of test set-ups, supervision of the tests during their course and analysis of the results

            MINUMUM REQUIREMENTS

            • Engineering Master Degree (preferably mechanic, aerospace, aviation)
            • Previous experience gained in a similar activity. Minimum Professional experience of three years in a Laboratory Test (static tests, dynamic, fatigue cycles, flammability, static abuse tests)
            • Capability to consult the applicable Techinical Operating Documentation (internal and external)
            • Good knowledge of English
            • Knowledge of flammability, static, fatigue and dynamic tests
            • Knowledge of Aviation regulations (es. EASA Part 21, EN 9100 etc..)
            • Excellent knowledge of technical design, materials and mechanics
            • Detailed knowledge of the Office Suite and of the other specific software (CAD) – PC/WINDOWS and PDMLink)
            • Knowledge of the main aeronautical legislation (es. EASA Part-21, CS-25, Airbus/Boeing specifications).

              The Testing Manager reports hierachically to the COA, and has the task of:

              • Managing all the test activities (certification/devolpment) in conformity with the approved certification programme
              • Reporting back immediately any delay in the test activity or any deviation from the certification programme
              • Supporting the COA in the purchase of any possible machine/acquisition system/necessary tools for the laboratory
              • Coordinating testing acitivities in parallel with the CE (certification engineer)
              • Ensuring the correctness of the instruments, masks, systems, machines able to perform static, dynamic and flammability tests
              • Supporting the COA and CE for any laboratory activity to be conducted in an external laboratory for the correct set-up of the machines, tools, test benches, test articles and in general for any type of manual activity. The Test Manager coordinates and supervises the TLO (Technical Laboratory
                Operators)
              • Conducting calibration procedures of the test equipment
              • Drafting and keeping updated the detailed operating procedures (called instructions) for the execution of the tests provided by the laboratory

              REQUIREMENTS

              • Three-year degree in Mechanical or Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering or similar degrees (five- year degree is a preferencial element)
              • Previous experience gained in similar activities. Minimum Professional experience of three years in a Laboratory Test (static tests, dynamic, fatigue cycles, flammability, static abuse tests)
              • Professional experience regarding accelerometres, control units for signal treatment and a good use of software for the management of these tools
              • Knowledge of English Language
              • Knowledge of MS –OFFICE suite, FAMOS (system software Aquisition Data) and MATLAB notions
